Is that a tomato or lotus root?
I had looked for many diets but then when I saw the microbiotic diet I was like hey, everyone eats like this in Japan. So in my opinion, the microbiotic diet is one of the easiest diets to follow here in japan compared to other diet plans. This is why the Japanese are so darn skinny lol
Love you Gayle!
Hello! Have you ever tried intellectus 424 diet (do a search on google)? Ive heard some great things about it and my sister lost crazy amounts of weight with it.
@Arlenienj It is the same and is the opposite of a raw oyster.
@xxdiogenescynicxx Well, it’s a matter of opinion. I think it tastes really good.
Miso soup tastes like shit.
Miso is made (“cultured”) from soybeans. It is “alive” with beneficial enzymes, and the enzymes stay “alive” if it is simmered into the soup-not boiled-which would otherwise destroy the enzymes.
IT IS FERMENTED ^^
so your saying that the Miso is some kind of worm or something that you can cook and it stays alive while you eat it???
