    @yelmorbdahc This is kinda funny, im 176Cm high and my weigh is 51Kg :/ so im kinda super skinny haha and i eat alot of junk food but never getting fat :/ idk what i should do haha xD

    @myPs3RuLeZ123 Yeah, but to unless you’re already extremely healthy you won’t be able to start off doing this stuff for 30 minutes per session. After 10 minutes most people would be seriously struggling. Good luck :)

    I have been doing this once a day, After two weeks i have noticed a small change i weight and a big change in arm strength from thoes spider man push ups, im hoping by week 4 i there will aslo be a big difference.
    I have also changed my diet alot. I dont think if you did this and still ate a lot of junk food you would get results.

    @pittayayas After burn is, your body still burning calories after you stop working out. Its another way to stay, increasing your metabolic rate.

    i do this then shower then i play modern warfare 3 as it is a first person shooter i can get killed in the game for each death i do 5 push ups for up to either 45 min or when evr
