    that is not healthy weight loss AT ALL

    for healthy weight loss, you should be losing 2-3lbs per week. Definitely not per days. If you’re losing that much weight, it’s water weight and chances are you are going to gain it all back.

    For some reason, jogging makes you gain weight at first. I think its because you’re catching up on the calories or something you’re losing? I remember reading something about it. Give it some time. :) And try to eat less carbs!

    i run everyday and i have never lost weight instead i gain weight
    but i still have a thick layer of fat over my midsection… what am i doing wrong?

    @priscamolotsi when you tone the belly muscles, it helps u burn fat. Lean muscles burn fat. When u do ur cardio, only fat in areas with lean muscles are usually burned. Hence the title: How to lose belly fat with exercises.
