Believe it or not, there are even people who are so disillusioned that they believe exercise will not help them lose weight!
Here are two fun exercises you can incorporate right away into your daily routine. Combine these with a great diet plan, and you will not ONLY be losing weight fast. You will be having a great time along the way!
Do you even know what a burpee is? I have met many that don’t. Take 10 seconds and do a quick search for “burpee exercise”.
These are an awesome way to get your whole body moving and burning TONS of calories. Do three sets of ten with 30 second breaks in between.
2. Jumping Jacks
Enough said. If you don’t know what jumping jacks are, I cannot help you.
For those who DO know what these exercises are, do as many as you can in 3 minutes.
These exercises are fun, easy, and you don’t need any fancy equipment. I recommend throwing in your favorite CD and get moving!
You CAN lose weight. You just need to stop searching for some magic formula which will not require any of your effort. That does not exist. There is going to be a time when you learn that you’re going to have to suck it up go with what works. Why not do that right now instead of wasting even more time?
